If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, additional reshipping fees may apply.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to shop with confidence at Eleve Beauty.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopelevebeauty.support@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review your request.
Because of the nature of beauty and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for used, opened, or worn items.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
